Priya brings a deep knowledge of process, compliance and corporate governance to Craft Silicon. Under her guidance, the business is anchored in ensuring that every action and every interaction is done in an ethical and professional way. Priya also takes a keen interest in training and engagement to ensure focus on consistently improving employee performance.

Siva Kumar, CEO-Craft Silicon Asia, brings with him a wealth of experience in Information Technology, Banking, and Microfinance. Siva Kumar joined Craft Silicon, Kenya in 2000 & has held several leadership positions leading to his appointment as CEO.
His astute business acumen & uncanny foresight have been instrumental in creating the Craft Silicon suite of products and services and positioning Craft Silicon India as a strong leader in this domain.

Shabbir Hakkim heads Craft Silicon’s Client Services and Business Development unit in the asia-pacific region. He holds responsibility for managing client relationships and defining strategy & solutions to drive business growth across the various organizational verticals. He is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through delivery excellence, employee engagement and growth of this region.
Fredrick Okwaro
Fredrick joined Craft Silicon in 2007 and has held multiple roles in driving projects, account management and delivery management for clients in the Africa regions. Fredrick is responsible for the deployment of all enterprise applications in the Microfinance vertical.

He has over twenty years of financial services experience with the last ten years being at Craft Silicon. Arthur has led the implementation of several large Core Banking projects including Absa, Jamii Bora Bank and Paramount Bank.

Pramod joined Craft Silicon in 2004 and has held multiple roles in various projects. He started by working on product development for Bankers Realm for a period of 8 years. Currently, Pramod is in charge of Mobile Banking , Internet Banking and Bankers Realm Switch.

David heads the IT department and governs IT security implementations. He and his team ensure maximum uptime and drive IT automation and security measures within the Craft Silicon IT environment.
David is a certified Ethical Hacker with a history of fraud prevention in the financial sector. With a sharp eye for potential threats, and leadership experience in ITIL and ISO methodologies, David is poised to ensure IT serves Craft Silicon and its clients and partners well.

Archana Verma
Archana brings extensive experience in providing leadership in Quality Assurance activities, Stakeholder Management and Risk Management. She is responsible for heading Craft Silicon's Quality Assurance department and has 14 years of experience in Software testing. Prior to joining Craft Silicon, she was working as Vice President in JP Morgan Chase, India.
She holds a Master of Computer Application Education Degree and is an ISTQB certified tester.
