1A request is generated from the Mobile Phone, this could be any request e.g. Cash Withdrawal.
2This Request generated above is sent to the Web Service via GPRS, The Web Service access the Client Server as shown above and passes this query to the Client Server.
3The Client Server hold’s the Core Banking Database, the Server than queries the database and sends the request back to the phone.
Based on the details received the Phone will now decide whether to pass control to the printer e.g. to Authenticate a Customer Finger, or to Enroll a customer e.t.c.

Integrated Solutions

TruCell works by connecting to Bankers Realm® Switch for all authentications and transaction authorizations. The switch would reside at the institution on a public IP and listening to incoming connections from all TruCell and other applications. It would then process each of the requests as needed, either by posting transactions, authenticating users and devices or making inquiries on behalf of the applications that have connected to it.
